What is the Mouthwashing game?
Mouthwashing is a single-player first-person horror game. You are on the Pony Express ship Tulpar with a crew of five. Wrong Organ made it in Unity. Critical Reflex published it. It is not a multiplayer game and not a dental product.
What I saw
The Steam screenshots show the Tulpar’s low-poly rooms, Polle posters and emergency bay. These are store images, not evidence of a playthrough by this site. The overview uses the cited game description and published accounts.

Most play is exploration, conversation and item puzzles. There are also brief survival encounters and a shooting sequence, as IGN describes. It is not a sustained combat game, but saying there is no combat would be inaccurate.
