Is there a Mouthwashing sequel?
No Mouthwashing 2 has been announced. Wrong Organ’s next game is Carcass Clad, a three-player co-op, still to be announced as a date. A film adaptation is a different project and is not a game sequel.
What I saw
I checked the question the way a store page would. There is no Steam app, no date, and no trailer for a numbered sequel in the sources. Carcass Clad is the name the studio is actually using for the next game. I am not going to pad a release-date page for a game that does not have one.
Carcass Clad
Announced by the same studio. Three-player co-op, player versus environment, no release date, no price. It is not a chapter of Mouthwashing and the sources do not share a cast with the Tulpar.
How Fish Is Made is the earlier game, already out, and it was free in the research log.
The film is not the sequel
The 17 Oct 2026 confirmation is about a movie. It does not include a game release date. Keep those questions on different pages so a rumor about Sony does not become a Steam date.
If a sequel is announced later, this page should change. It has not happened in the sources dated 28 Oct 2026.
