Full spoilers — story, solutions, facts and questions
Daisuke is the intern. His parents, especially his mother, arranged the posting. He is hurt climbing into a broken vent and later dies. Swansea is the crew member tied to that death.
What I saw
The sources describe a bright shirt, earrings, and a sweet tooth, which is why his page is the one cosplay notes point at. I can repeat the clothes. I cannot repeat an age, because nobody official printed one.
The posting
He did not choose the Tulpar as a career. The character sources say his mother sent him. He is written as optimistic, and a drunk line has him saying he cannot find a point to his life. That line is from a wiki-level source.
He and Swansea are the mentor pair. Swansea hides the working cryopod and the sources say he wanted it for Daisuke.
The vent
He climbs a damaged vent to reach medical, and the injury is severe. Jimmy treats it with mouthwash, which makes it worse. Swansea then kills him with the axe, described in the sources as a mercy. Two sources agree on that chain: the climb, the mouthwash, the axe.
Surname and age: not published.
