Mouthwashing ID cards and codes
Five ID cards, one per crew member, and a short list of codes that the guides say do not change between runs. Trust the place more than the chapter number when two guides are off by one.
What I saw
This guide compares public written sources checked on 2026-10-28. No gameplay test was performed. Specific details supported by only one source are labeled below.
Cards
Anya: cockpit locker at the beginning (GINX: chapter 1). Swansea: lounge vending machine (chapter 8). Daisuke: table beside the lounge board game (chapter 9). Jimmy: Polle’s hat on the floor beside the broken statue (chapter 16). Curly: floor beside the working cryopod in Utility (chapter 19). The community achievement guide independently corroborates the rooms; chapter numbers here are GINX’s references.
The surnames on the cards are intentionally unreadable. Finding the card is the achievement. Reading a last name off it is not.
Codes
Cargo door 4517. Axe box 2609. Gun box 739. Water 3142. Gelatin 4213. Sweetener 2341. Tonic 1324. One guide listed only the gun box and skipped the axe box. The pages that list both agree on 2609 and 739, so both are here.
The guides say the numbers do not randomize.

Why is the last name blank?
The cards are written so the surname cannot be read. That is intentional.
What does each card unlock?
Each card unlocks the achievement with its owner’s name. The achievement page lists all eighteen unlock conditions.
