Anya: Pick up her ID card at the cockpit locker near the start.
The Name Of The Game: Use a mouthwash bottle from the inventory after obtaining one.
Swansea: Pick up his card from the lounge vending machine.
Developer: Open the developer console. See the version-dependent setup below.
Sock Puppet: Repeatedly open and close Curly’s mouth during a pain-medicine interaction.
Taking Notes: Open the medical gun case with 739 without returning to the cockpit for the code during that chapter.
Daisuke: Pick up his card from the lounge table beside the board game.
Wasteful: Make the optional birthday mocktail: water 3142 plus tonic 1324, then sweetener 2341. Do this at Curly’s birthday party.
Yimpy: Look closely at the YIMPY drawing on the medical noticeboard for 10 seconds.
The Good Ending: Be killed by Swansea 10 times in the graveyard encounter.
Jimmy: Pick up his card from the hat beside the broken Polle statue.
Curly: Pick up his card beside the working cryopod in Utility.
Cheater: Enter cargo code 4517 before acquiring the Code Scanner.
Friendly Introduction: In the cargo TV sequence, look between the shelves behind the TV to find Curly. The precise shelf approach is from the community guide (single source).
Trickshot: Turn through 360 degrees immediately before successfully shooting Swansea in the graveyard.
Any% Glitched: Take the mouthwash from Polle within 35 seconds of starting chapter 14. The community guide describes using developer chapter selection and noclip; those inputs are single-source and version dependent.

Developer console and missed cards
Steam defines Developer as opening the console, without specifying the setup. The community achievement guide says to enable ConsoleEnabled in LaunchOptions.dat, save a backup of the original file, restart the game, and use the key below Escape (commonly tilde). The prior Neoseeker note claiming the key alone was enough could not be rechecked because that page returned 403. This is single-source setup guidance, not a universal prerequisite.
GINX describes Chapter Select for revisiting missed cards; the community guide describes developer chapter selection for Any% Glitched. These are different instructions and are not proof that all console editions share the PC menus. All conditions and percentages on this page refer to Steam.
