Mouthwashing has one ending. Dialogue and small actions do not open a good path or a secret path. The Good Ending is the name of an achievement.
What I saw
The official Steam conditions and community achievement guide distinguish The Good Ending from the story finale. Dated percentages are from one Steam API; a missing achievement name alone would not prove the absence of a story branch.
Why it feels branched
The game is told out of order, so a second play feels like new information. It is the same ending. Achievement names such as The Good Ending and Go Home sound like routes. They are checkboxes.
A guide that places the graveyard in an early dream is contradicted by the chapter sources, which put it late. This page follows the late placement.
The achievement
The Good Ending: in the graveyard, let Swansea kill you ten times. Unlock rate in the 28 Oct 2026 log: 14.0 percent. It does not change the cryopod scene.
Go Home, 74.7 percent in that log, is the story completion achievement. That is the ending the game has.
